Engraver (burin), painter, sculptor.

Louis Planson was a pupil of L. O. Merson, Burney and Harpignies. He became a member of the Société des Artistes Français in 1906 and exhibited at the society's Salons. Planson produced religious paintings, stained glass windows, religious statues and lanscapes. He also illustrated The Saints' Missal.
