This Florentine artist from the first half of the 14th century has often been confused with Bernardo Daddi I. He is the painter of eight small panels, depicting the martyrdoms of saints kept, in the Pinacoteca Vaticana in Rome. Also attributed to him is a Madonna and Child in the art gallery in Siena.
