Sculptor.

Jules Rispal was a pupil of M. Thomas. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris. He received an honourable mention in 1899, an honourable mention at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1900, a third-class medal in 1901 and both second-class and gold medals in 1902.
