Born 12 May 1872, in Baja; died 1948, in Budapest.

Sculptor.

Ede Telcs studied under Zumbusch in Vienna and was awarded a bronze medal at the 1900 Paris Exposition Universelle. He created a large number of ornamental and memorial statues in Budapest and other towns in Hungary. Many of his works are in the Hungarian National Gallery.
