Born 25 October 1922, in Bakharevo (Tver); died 1991, in Leningrad (now St Petersburg).

Painter. Townscapes, still-lifes.

Viktor Teterin studied under A. Osmerkin at the Repin Institute (1940-1949). He painted mainly townscapes in a Post-Impressionist style. He joined the Leningrad chapter of the Russian Artists Union in 1953, and had a solo exhibition in Leningrad in 1960.
