This report is a summary of the presentations at the 12th International p53 Workshop, held in November 2004, Dunedin, New Zealand. The Convenor of the organizing committee was Antony Braithwaite, University of Otago, Dunedin. Janice Royds and Paul Jackson were also members of the organizing committee.
