Distinctive pattern in 18th-century silver cutlery in which a cast scroll terminal is appended to a stem with radiating fluting. The scroll is awkward to handle, so most examples are serving pieces rather than eating implements. The name presumably alludes to the Onslows of Clandon Park, Surrey, NT.
