(b St Petersburg, 28 July/9 Aug 1853; d Moscow, 23 March 1935). Russian soprano. She studied at the St Petersburg Conservatory, graduating in 1873. In 1873–4 she sang in western Europe, principally in Italy, and from 1876 in theatres in Kiev, Odessa, Tbilisi and Kharkiv.
