This decision of the High Court, England and Wales, widens the scope of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling in Praktiker Bau, which had confirmed the registrability as trade marks of retail services entailing the bringing together of goods by retailers. The High Court has confirmed that it is also possible to register retail services entailing the bringing together of services.
