We are grateful to the editors of the Jerusalem Review of Legal Studies, David Enoch and Alon Harel, for initiating the colloquium on our book, Law, Economics, and Morality, and to the contributors for their insightful comments and critiques. This exchange provides an excellent opportunity for us to clarify some of the arguments made in the book and to expand on others. Given the limited overlap between the reviews, we have chosen to address each review in turn and to deal with the comments one by one.
