Show Summary Details

In this chapter, we have reviewed an approach to answering the above questions, but clearly we have only begun to scratch the surface. Given the devastating consequences of BPD—for individuals, their families, and society—a better understanding of the early precursors of BPD, with associated opportunities for intervention, is of crucial importance.
