Show Summary Details

A 19-year-old man with a history of repair of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) was brought into the ED by ambulance. He had lost consciousness whilst walking to catch a bus with his father. There was no convulsion, urinary incontinence, or tongue biting. On waking he was mildly disorientated for a few minutes.
