What’s important in training and formation for those in health and human services wanting to engage in conversations about spirituality? While there is clearly an increasing interest in spirituality in the health and human service professions, there continues to be little training in how to work with spirituality in practice. This chapter focuses on the experience of a specific project to illustrate the centrality of a critically reflective approach to training and formation in spiritual practice for health and human service workers.
