In this chapter, as an organizational expedient, we present three cases of older adults with a personality disorder (one case from each PD cluster). After each case, we provide some key points about this important type of psychopathology in later life and offer some questions and reflections for further discussion. We conclude this chapter with some general discussion points to further assist the reader in understanding PDs in older adults.
