A 49-year-old man presented with a 3-week history of a progressive swelling on his forehead. Over the last 2 months his appetite had been reduced and he had lost 4kg in weight. He had previously been well and his medical history was unremarkable. On examination, he was alert and orientated with no neurological deficits. He had a 4cm × 4cm soft fluctuant swelling on his forehead. A CT scan was performed.
