(1637–1700). Roman impresario and theatre producer, highly rated by contemporaries for his powerful back-stage control. He devised L'empio punito, based on the Don Juan story, for a production in 1667 at the palazzo Colonna with music by Melani. He was impresario at the Tordinona theatre, the first public opera house in Rome, from 1671 to 1673.
