A benign odontogenic tumour that is often associated with the crown of an unerupted tooth, particularly the upper canines. It is composed of odontogenic epithelium and mesenchyme and characterized by ameloblast-like cells that form ducts and tubules. Calcification is common. It is treated by excision and does not usually recur.
