A ladder-like training device that, when placed flat on the floor, is used for exercises designed to promote a wide range of foot and movement patterns. A typical agility ladder is about 10 m long, 0.5 m wide, and with rungs made of sticks or tape that form 18 squares. Agility training consists of placing the feet inside or outside the squares as fast as possible in a predetermined pattern.
