 (1785–1851) English sporting artist, illustrator, and caricaturist.

Alken’s best-known work, The National Sports of Great Britain (1821), consisted of 50 aquatints depicting a wide range of sports. His Sketchbook (1823) and Sporting Scrapbook (1824) were also influential.
