EC; other name: dextrin 6‐α‐d‐glucosidase; an enzyme that catalyses the endohydrolysis of 1,6‐α‐d‐glucoside linkages at points of branching in chains of 1,4‐linked α‐d‐glucose residues. The human enzyme also has glycogen debranching (4‐α‐glucanotransferase) activity.
