French architect. With Henri Gutton (1873–1963) he designed the suburban housing development, the Parc de Saurupt outside Nancy, in which Art Nouveau features were mingled in a Picturesque composition. He designed the double villa (1903) between the abutments of arches by the Strasbourg-Paris railway-line, and the Vaxelaire and Pignot department-stores (1901—in which his father, Charles André (1841–1928) and Eugène Vallin (1856–1922) participated).
