An anatomical compartment in the forearm that contains muscles acting on the wrist and fingers. The muscles are the brachioradialis, flexor carpi radialis, flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor digitorum profundis, flexor digitorum superficialis, flexor pollicis longus, pronator quadratus, and the pronator teres.
