Jurisdiction over armed forces of foreign countries visiting the UK. It is regulated by the NATO status of forces agreement. Where the act is an offence under the law of both the sending and host states, jurisdiction will belong to the sending state where the offence is solely against the property or personnel of the sending state or in the execution of official duty, otherwise jurisdiction will belong to the host state. Jurisdiction can be waived in any case.
