(1967); The Sun Dance (1968); Musical Chairs (1973); The Shivaree (1978); A Concert of Myths (1983); Crazy to Kill (1988); Round and Round, for orch. (1991–2); March! March!, for pf. (2001); and A New Pibroch, for Highland pipes, 7 str., perc. (2002). Several of his works are described as ‘collages’ and employ narrators.
