English master-mason. He worked on the upper stages of the crossing-tower at Durham Cathedral (1483–90). He may be the same Bell who worked at York Minster in 1472, at King's College Chapel, Cambridge, in the 1480s, and at Great St Mary's Church, Cambridge, until 1503.
