Are the five, key personality dimensions that are measured by many psychometric tests. These dimensions are: neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience. Psychological research suggests that conscientiousness is correlated with a number of measures of job performance, such as motivation, dependability, carefulness, and responsibility. Openness to experience has also been found to be correlated with aspects of worker competence, including capacity to learn, training proficiency, and level of ability.
