Small informal discussion groups, usually of three to five people formed by participants at a conference, aimed to ensure maximum participation and sharing in decision making. Members of buzz groups are usually not given an agenda of items to discuss but are encouraged to single out one or two points mentioned in earlier phases of the conference and seek to resolve problems that relate to these points.
