A European Union network of practitioners and experts in the cross‐border identification, freezing, seizure, and confiscation of the proceeds of crime. Based in The Hague, it was established in 2004 to enhance knowledge of methods and techniques in the field and brings together specialists from all European countries to exchange ideas, information, and draft policy. The UK is an active member of the group and will assume the Presidency in 2007.
