A simple warm-up exercise for the chest muscles.

▪ Interlock the fingers of both hands behind your back. Gently and slowly lift your arms behind you with your shoulders pushed back, and chest stuck out. Stop when you feel a reasonable resistance, before you feel any pain, and hold for about 10 seconds.
