A method of packaging pharmaceutical preparations in a screw-top container that requires firm downward pressure at the same time as a rotational movement to undo the cap and get to the contents. While this method of packaging is child resistant, it may also be resistant to the efforts of elderly, arthritic, and other disabled persons to open the container and get to the pills inside.
