Argentinian dancer. He trained at the Superior Institute of Art at the Colón Theatre in Buenos Aires and at the School of American Ballet in New York, at 16 becoming the youngest ever Gold Medallist in the International Dance Competition in Moscow (1997). He danced with Ballet Argentino before joining American Ballet Theatre in 1999, where he was promoted to principal in 2003. An exceptionally stylish, technically accomplished dancer, he has created roles in Tharp's Rabbit and Rogue and I Dig Love (in Within You Without You: A Tribute to George Harrison).
