An order made by a magistrates' court requiring the person to whom it is directed to supply the name, date of birth or national insurance number, and address of the person to whom a warrant relates. A magistrates' court issuing a warrant of arrest, commitment, detention, or distress in connection with the enforcement of a fine or other order imposed or made on conviction may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary to do so for the purposes of executing a warrant, make a disclosure order (s 125CA, Magistrates' Court Act 1980, inserted by s 28, Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004).
