The late Iron Age tribe living in the far southwest of England, Cornwall and Devon, at the time of the Roman conquest. Settlements of the immediate pre‐Roman period continue through into the 1st and 2nd centuries ad, the whole area pursuing traditional patterns of life that include maintaining contacts with northern France and South Wales to south and north respectively.
