A rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by short trunk dwarfism, microcephaly, and psychomotor retardation. The rough endoplasmic reticulum is dilated and there are enlarged and aberrant vacuoles and numerous vesicles. Caused by a defect in dymeclin.
