A multiprotein complex involved in the docking of exocytic vesicles with fusion sites on the plasma membrane. There are eight subunits (EXOC1–8, ranging from 725 aa to 974 aa) that interact with centriolin. The EXOC subunits are members of the SEC3 family, homologous to the yeast SEC3 that is involved in exocytosis.
