Quick Reference

King of Munster who visits the house of Gulide, a bitter lampooner not known for his hospitality. While travelling in west Munster, Fedlimid was told by one of Gulide's daughters that the house was empty of food, the women were pregnant, the cows were barren and devoid of milk, the mice were active, and even the hard benches were rotten. Yet when Fedlimid actually arrived at Gulide's house, he stayed in comfort for three days, dining sumptuously each night. Possibly identical with Fedlimid mac Crimthainn.
