Show Summary Details

Quick Reference

In the USA, the form filed annually with the Securities and Exchange Commission by public traded companies. Audited financial statements and supporting detail are included; it normally provides more information than the annual report to stockholders. In most cases, the report must be filed within 90 days of the end of a company’s financial year (larger companies now have a shorter deadline of 60–75 days).

Subjects: Accounting.
