Quick Reference

Useful for correcting thumb-index web space and axillary contractures. Use 90º or 120º angle Z-plasty. Convert to four flaps by bisecting the angles. This produces greater lengthening (124%) with less tension on the flaps. Flaps ABCD becomes CADB (Cadbury).
