An Incoterm denoting an export contract in which the seller pays for sending the goods to a named destination, where they are handed over to the main carrier. At this point all costs and risks pass to the buyer. The seller is responsible for clearing the goods for export. The term is suitable for all modes of transport and is often used as the air-freight equivalent for Free Alongside Ship.
