Quick Reference

A late Pāli work written in Burma possibly in the 17th century. It relates, in brief, the history of the Pāli Canon and gives accounts of post-canonical Burmese and Sri Lankan Pāli texts. The colophon states that the work was composed by a forest-dwelling elder (Thera) named Nandapañña. The sources used by the author are not known.
