They incl.: Ephemera, sop. or ten., chamber orch. (1929); Scene from Hardy's The Woodlanders, sop., orch. (1926); The Trees so high, bar., ch., orch. (1931); La Belle Dame sans merci, ten., ch., orch. (1935); The Hills, sop., ten., ch., orch. (1944); Scene from Shelley's The Cenci, sop., orch. (1951); and Fen and Flood, ten., bass, ch., orch.
