Hall, Scottish dental practitioner] A method of restoring carious primary molars by the cementation of a preformed metal crown without caries removal, tooth preparation, or the use of local anaesthesia. It has been shown to produce more favourable outcomes for pulpal health and restoration longevity than conventional restorations.
