A flexibility exercise that stretches the muscles at the back of the thigh and behind the knee joint (figure 31).

•Lie on your back with your knees bent. Lift your right leg so that you can grasp the toes with your right hand. Place your left hand at the back of the right thigh, bring your knee towards your chest, and push your right heel upwards. Hold for a few seconds, lower to the start position and repeat with the left leg.

•Lie on your back with your knees bent. Lift your right leg so that you can grasp the toes with your right hand. Place your left hand at the back of the right thigh, bring your knee towards your chest, and push your right heel upwards. Hold for a few seconds, lower to the start position and repeat with the left leg.
