Ballet in one act with choreography by Forsythe, music by Thom Willems, and costumes by Gianni Versace. Premiered by New York City Ballet on 28 May 1992. A piece for five dancers which deconstructs the formal hierarchies of classical ballet, particularly the pas de deux. It was staged by the Frankfurt Ballet on 26 Sept. in the same year and by the Royal Ballet in 1993. It is now in the repertory of many other companies, including Compagñia Nacional de Danza (1996).
