A simple warm-up and stretching exercise for the hamstrings, buttock muscles and hips.
▪ Lie on your back. With your left leg slightly bent, slowly and gently draw your right leg towards your chest and hold it there for about 10 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
▪ Lie on your back. With your left leg slightly bent, slowly and gently draw your right leg towards your chest and hold it there for about 10 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
