(1764–1843), third son of the earl of Roden, Church of Ireland bishop of Leighlin and Ferns 1809–20 and Clogher 1820–2. In 1822 Jocelyn was the subject of an ecclesiastical scandal when he was discovered in compromising circumstances with a soldier in a London public house, leading to his removal from his see.
