A syndrome named for an acronym for the clinical effects: multiple lentigines, electrocardiographic conduction abnormalities, ocular hypertelorism, pulmonic stenosis, abnormal genitalia, retardation of growth, and sensorineural deafness. Can be caused by mutations in the PTPN11 or RAF1 genes (see Noonan's syndrome).
