Specific personality traits associated with the Big Five personality factors. Each of the Big Five is described by six traits on which it loads most heavily, for example, extraversion is associated with warmth, sociability, positive emotions, excitement-seeking, activity, and assertiveness. The little thirty is a finer-grained way of describing personality than the Big Five, which tend to obscure anomalies such as that of the passive-aggressive personality disorder, which is characterized by high assertiveness but low warmth.
