A sexual dysfunction characterized by a persistent or recurrent delay or absence of orgasm following the excitement phase of the male sexual response cycle, causing significant distress or interpersonal problems. It is not diagnosed if it is attributable to a drug or a general medical condition. Also called orgasmic impotence, ejaculatory impotence, or impotence. See also de-reflection, impotence (2).
