An actin-binding protein (kelch-like 2) with six kelch repeats that is expressed mostly in the central nervous system. May be involved in the dynamic organization of the actin cytoskeleton in brain. Associates with the SH3 domain of the fyn oncogene product and mayven is abundantly and diffusely expressed in primary human epithelial breast tumour cells. See actinfilin.
